Kilo Code is an open source AI agent VS Code extension. It helps you write code more efficiently by generating code, automating tasks, and providing suggestions.
How much does Kilo Code cost?
When you sign up, we'll give you $20 worth of Claude 3.7 Sonnet tokens for free.
We do require a credit card, to prevent abuse (for now, sorry!).
After that, you can buy more tokens (securely processed through Stripe).
Our pricing matches Anthropic's API rates exactly. We don't take any cut, either per token or per top-up. In the future we'll add more LLM providers.
How did Kilo Code start?
Kilo Code was started with the aim of extremely rapid iteration together with the community, in order to speedrun building a world-class AI coding agent. Originally we forked Roo Code, which itself is a fork of Cline, and we aim to upstream our work.
